The holidays bring a season of temptations and challenges for any healthy eater. I can remember the sadness of missing out on my favorites dishes when I first went plant-based, and sometimes I still get it! So, I’ve been busy in the kitchen transforming holiday classics into plant-friendly versions that will leave you feeling happy, and satisfied!
Stuffing, gravy, and yes those creamy greens beans are all apart of my Thanksgiving Day menu, but you CAN’T miss the Mug Pumpkin Pie! It’s a guilt-free dessert you may find yourself making all year round.
