    I went plant-based/vegan to improve my emotional well-being. I had an epiphany after starting this journey, I can’t stomach the thought of causing any creature pain or suffering that is even remotely close to what I have been through in life. So now I’m vegan and benefit not only from the mental but also the physical benefits of a plant-based diet.
